I read "The Thieves of Ostia" last week, and i had to laugh at the entry on Amazon which said that you didn't realise who the actual killer is. I did, i recognised him instantly; and it was very obvious by the way he knew things before being told them... I also wasn't convinced at the background. Would a Roman girl really rescue a slave? i'm not sure.I think i prefer the Lindsey Davis books which seem to have a better background. And the roman mysteries series uses soft c instead of hard c pronounciation...

Last night i went and did step. I didn't enjoy it at all. The choreography was difficult, and made even more challenging by the instructor trying to do things sideways and from the back, which meant that we had to crane our necks around to see what was going on. The mroe worrying thing is that the instructor which now does step is (i believe) the one who is going to be taking over the body balance classes...
