I have tried to be good today, i want to lose a pound tomorrow. But i had lunch with the minister for my church group at a pub. I had decided to go for the "good" choice of a jacket potato with beans, but no beans were on the menu! I opted instead for tuna mayo. Not the best choice with the mayo, but sometimes you just have to make the best of a bad situation (i didn't have a bacon sarnie midmorning, and didn't go and get some crisps; so i guess things shoudl work out). Now i'm having an internal debate as to whether to go and have a workout at the gym, or go and take a yoga class.
Or maybe just sleep. I am so tired, although less so than the beginning of the week! posted by
